Basketball

The students are involved in their basketball unit at both schools. We started the unit off with talking about the history of the sport, along with working on some basic dribbling skills. We are now working on passing (bounce and chest), and will focus our final class on shooting the ball correctly. The second through fourth graders played Mario last week and loved it, I am sure most of you heard all about it. Mario focused on dribbling and passing in a game like situation without the pressure of defenders and scoring. It was truly a blast!
